Simon Webbe of band “Blue” files for bankruptcy

After accumulating thousands of pounds in debts owed to creditors, “Blue” band member Simon Webbe recently announced to the public that he filed for bankruptcy.

Webbe filed his bankruptcy papers in September in a high court of London weeks after other “Blue” member Duncan James sought bankruptcy protection. Aside from Webbe and James, band mate Anthony Costa is also reportedly having financial troubles this year.

The series of financial struggles experienced by the former R&B group occurred after their company Blueworld Ltd shutdown in May.

The group was formed 13 years ago and became famous worldwide after selling 15 million records.
