According to their rankings, the figures determined the top 10 counties in Alabama with the lowest levels of credit card debt were Hale County, Pickens County, Washington County, Bibb County, Lawrence County, Jackson County, Walker County, Lauderdale County, Cherokee County, and Madison County.
